Just wanted to send a quick update on the state of my artwork. It has been a very long time since I actually have drawn, and am slowly getting back into the swing of things. Drawing on a screen is so much different from drawing on paper. The feeling is just... a bit far removed.
Still, getting the hang of it. I'd rather not have to deal with having large drawing pads everywhere. Trust me, they stack up.
Right now I'm practicing about three times a week, but I want to increase it more and more. Hopefully, I'll be able to move past the sketching stage and get to practicing the painting stage.
It's at that point that I'll start doing character sketches for Ravens of Eternity. Which I'm really excited to start doing.
Right now, I'm simply happy to brush up my pencil. Even if it's the digital kind.
For those who may not know, the mecha in the drawing is Skull Leader from Super Dimension Fortress Macross. IMO, it's one of the best anime series in existence. Go watch the original here on YouTube.
