Chapter 2 Rework

I've been thinking about how powers will be working in the narrative, and I actually have a crapton of things to say about that. But I need to note them down first (later). For now, here's a slight modification to Chapter 2. I think it reflects my thoughts on how branching should be happening within each chapter. I want them wider, with more specialized paths for specific groups of powers.

I'll explain why later, no worries.
